Hi-Touch Sales Executive

Role Description

High Touch Account Executive works to win new business by targeting and driving end-user customer opportunities with SIPPIO’s solutions.

This role is responsible for qualifying & closing net-new opportunities and leads with key decision makers and influencers at target accounts and verticals. Primary day-to-day responsibilities are aligned to SIPPIO sales and go-to-market initiatives for strategic subscriptions & automation.

The primary function of this New Business Role aligns to the following priorities:

  • Subscription Sales
  • Upsell and Attach Sales
  • Increase SIPPIO’s active DDI revenue year-on-year

Focus will be on achieving sales and Active Users (revenue) through customer engagement, shareholder, and executive value-based interaction, developing target-account /acquisition plans, and teaming with SIPPIO Enablement. Account Executive will work with SIPPIO leadership to design, recommend and assist in short-term and long-term sales strategies within their assigned territory. The Account Executive will present SIPPIO’s value proposition to customer prospects to ensure SIPPIO is positioned as a strategic provider of voice services.

Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of related experience in a Corporate Sales environment managing accounts of significant size.
  • Telco, Service-Provider or Microsoft sales experience highly desired.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively present information to executives, top management, public groups, and sales communities
  • Be able to manage multiple stakeholder requirements across large / complex organizations
  • Ability to prioritize & respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or opportunities
  • Will be curious about technology, market dynamics and engage in learning about new technologies and industries
  • Be able to work in a “start-up” environment & be proficient with business apps (MSFT / CRM)
  • Performance and milestone orientated.
  • Ability to make effective and/or persuasive presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management and/or boards of directors.
