We are excited to share some new enhancements for Putting Voice in Teams:
This week Microsoft enabled functionality allowing Number Translation of caller and callee numbers for outbound and inbound calls to an alternate format. They also released Ringback Bot that plays a distinctive Teams specific audio signal to the caller during inbound calls to Teams clients, to indicate Teams is in the process of establishing the call. Microsoft continues to innovate, simplify and lead in the new world of collaboration with Voice capabilities born-in-the-cloud further proving that Voice is not dead but needs to be a lot less complex than legacy solutions of the past.
Voice in Teams simplifies Direct Routing by offering an end-to-end cloud solution with carrier services, per user per month, international, 800 & E911 and full control via the management panel for user provisioning, reporting, alerting, analytics and support. All secured in Microsoft Azure data centers running an AudioCodes session border controller to put Voice in Teams. Deployment is easy and can happen in minutes with options to integrate your Legacy PBX platform.
