As we reach the end of Q1, I am excited to introduce the first of my quarterly open letters to our valued partners.

From receiving prestigious awards to welcoming new members to our team, the last three months have been a whirlwind, and I couldn’t be prouder of everyone involved.

Throughout Q1, our collective efforts have resulted in an astonishing 176% growth for SIPPIO. This extraordinary achievement is a direct reflection of the commitment, hard work, and synergy between our internal team, resellers, MSPs, and carrier partners.
Together, we have been able to push the boundaries of what’s possible, leading to greater opportunities for us all.
This growth underlines the ever-increasing demand for top-tier cloud-connected calling solutions in today’s fast-paced, digital-first world. Strengthening Our Leadership
In March, we were excited to welcome Steve Forcum to the team as Director of Program Management. With his wealth of experience and expertise, Steve will lead key partnerships and help carriers develop thriving markets with our Microsoft Operator Connect and Zoom Provider Exchange accelerator programs.
We also added three new staff members from Paladin Technologies to our growing team.
Eddie Chisholm, our new Director of Business Development, will work closely with resellers and MSPs to help them harness the power of voice enablement. Patrick Bell and Brian Louie also joined our customer success team, bringing their extensive telecommunications experience and customer-focused approach to ensure the highest level of support for our partners and carriers.
These new appointments highlight SIPPIO’s ongoing dedication to providing best-in-class telephony integration solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
By investing in top talent from across the industry, we aim to help our carriers, resellers, and service providers capitalize on the growing market demand for seamless communication experiences in the modern workplace.
