Available in a browser or as a Microsoft Teams application in AppSource, Voice Panel automates the connection to Microsoft Teams, establishment of routes and policies to activate users, service or toll-free numbers and manage inventory.
Available in AppSource, Voice Panel mirrors the look and feel of Microsoft Teams to easily navigate, quickly onboard and instantly update users and subscriptions. In browser mode, partners and carriers have the option to use a generic experience to service their customers or utilize SIPPIO APIs to integrate into their own tools and applications.
Voice Panel is designed to provide quality customer experiences. Admins can optimize their user profiles by assigning global and local routing policies and priorities. This ensures SIPPIO automatically scales up and down based to manage call volumes based on how you prioritize the voice traffic routing.

SIPPIO leverages Virtual Machine Scale sets, Azure Web App services, Azure Cosmos database and Azure API management to exceed typical script automation and PowerShell functionality by providing full visibility reducing ongoing support and managed services costs.
