Catalog Customization

  • Ability to modify the SIPPIO Product’s fields by Distributor/Partner.
  • Product fields such as SKU Code, Product Name, Icon, Term (Yes/No), Term Link, Resources, Links, Documents can be modified.
  • SIPPIO Product customization by Distributor/Partner is optional.
  • Partners will view the product details as per the customizations made by the Distributor. Partner will have the option to override the customization fields data.
  • Subscribers will view the product details as per the customizations made by the Partner.

Quotes

  • MACD or New functionality
    • Provide options such New or MACD while creating a Quote.
    • With MACD option, From & To products can be selected for moving.
    • Quote Price/Cost includes MACD product and Target (To) product.
    • Ability to submit the Move form and Request Date for move.
    • MACD type quotes can be modified, versions are created for every update.
  • Distributor process
    • Implemented the additional scenarios of submitting the quote
      • Partner -> Distributor -> SIPPIO
      • Subscriber -> Partner -> Distributor -> SIPPIO
    • Partner can confirm the quote, which needs to be accepted or rejected by Distributor. Accepted quote will be sent to SIPPIO. Reject quote will be sent to Partner, which can be revised and submitted again.
    • Partner/Subscriber can add & view the products sold by Partner.
    • Distributor can view the products of quote which are sold by Distributor.
  • Catalog customization changes
    • Display the SKU Code, Product Name in Partner view based on the customizations made by Partner.
    • Display the SKU Code, Product Name in Subscriber view based on the customizations made by Partner.
    • Display the SKU Code, Product Name in Distributor view based on the customizations made by Partner.
  • Quotes filter
    • Filter option in Partner view Quotes list page to filter the quotes by subscriber name, quote status and date range,
    • Filter option in Subscriber view Quotes list page to filter the quotes by quote status and date range.

Quotes home page plug

  • Display the summary of the No. of Quotes, Total Amount, Total Quantity (DIDs)
  • Display the details by status such as Initiated, Pending, Ordered. Initiated includes draft, requested, updated quotes. Pending includes created, confirmed quotes. Ordered included quotes submitted for order.
  • Provide the option to view summary & details by MTD, QTD, YTD.

User Access

  • New field Login Expiry Date is added in User creation and clone user pages.
  • New User can be created with Login Expiry as Never or with expiry date. Existing user’s login expiry can be modified.
  • During sign-in process, user’s login expiry is verified. If expired, sign-in will be blocked.
  • A daily Scheduler job will check the user’s tagged with expiry date. If expiry date is in next 3 days, reminder email is sent to the user to contact partner for extension of login expiry date. If expiry date is elapsed, user’s login status will be disabled.
  • SIPPIO Admins or Partner Admins can view the user’s login status and expiry status & date and modify them in Edit User page.

Notification Center (in Partner view & Subscriber view)

  • Home page plug
    • Display the notification count of Quotes, E911/Emergency Address updates, Carrier Connect Numbers based on access privileges.
    • Provide the option to view notifications count in last 3 days, 7 days, 30 days.
    • Provide link to Notifications list page.
  • Notification Preferences
    • User can customize the preference of receiving notifications in the form of Web (display in Partner Portal) and/or Email.
    • User can choose the statuses of Quotes (create/update/confirm/order), E911/Emergency Address updates, Carrier Connect Numbers (activate/deactivate/delete) for receiving notifications.
  • Notifications List
    • Display the list of notifications related to Quotes, E911/Emergency Address updates, Carrier Connect Numbers based on user’s access privileges.
    • Provide the option to view the notification list in last 3 days, 7 days, 30 days.
    • View the notification details such as timestamp, submitted by, account number, subject and message.
    • Clear notification option with confirmation to remove the notification from the list.
    • Clear All option with confirmation to remove all notifications from the list.
    • Refresh option to reload the notifications list.
    • View details option to go to appropriate Quote or E911/Emergency Address page or Carrier Connect Numbers list page.
  • Notification Dispatcher Function
    • Designed and developed central background event triggered function to send emails and save the notification data in database.
    • This function will be triggered when Quote created/modified, E911/Emergency Address updated, Carrier Connect Numbers activated/deactivate, etc., to send the appropriate Notifications message to the appropriate users.
    • Appropriate users are the Partner and Subscriber company users using the Partner Portal. Notifications are sent based on the access privileges and notification preferences.

General

  • List page records data cache in browser so that data loading from server is not required for every time list page is accessed.
  • Get the data only once from Server API and cache it to display the records in list pages.
  • Provide Refresh option to reload the records and auto-update the records in case of additions/modifications to any record.
  • Data cache is available for below pages
    • Profile page data of Partner & Subscriber
    • Catalog list pages such as Product Catalog & Product Configuration
    • Carrier Connect Subscriber list & numbers upload history
    • Quotes, Partners, Subscribers, User Access list pages.
    • Numbers & Usage pages of Subscriber view
    • Configuration pages of Partners & Subscribers (Root Account pages)

Advertisements

  • If browser’s Adblocker is enabled, display static/fixed Ad image instead of Adblocker error message.

Feedback & Service Request

  • In Feedback & Service Request pages, display the previously visited page when Cancel button is clicked (in case of form data not submitted).
  • If Feedback / Service Request form data is submitted, display the previously visited page when OK button is clicked.
