Our commitment to open communication and collaboration with our partners and carriers drives our continued growth and success.

In these updates, I aim to showcase our achievements, share insights, and highlight the incredible work being done at SIPPIO to support our partners in building successful voice businesses.

As we reach the end of another remarkable quarter, I am pleased to share our Q2 milestones, innovations, and accomplishments.

Operator Connect Launch

This quarter’s significant milestone has been the launch of our new Operator Connect offering. Our partners and carriers can now sell Operator Connect services as easily as they do direct routing – through SIPPIO’s award-winning platform and app.

This service is currently available in North America. It will soon be rolled out across Europe and the rest of the globe, extending our reach and offering our partners more opportunities to succeed.

Innovation Showcase

We’re proud to have been a finalist in the Innovation Showcase at the Enterprise Connect conference. The award recognizes six companies providing fresh takes on business collaboration, with solutions evaluated on how effectively they re-imagine modern communication.

Our COO, Dawn-Marie Elder delivered a presentation on the value of enabling voice in collaboration to an audience of delegates and industry experts.

New Additions

This quarter, we welcomed John Mason, Jason Sheppard and Ted Stuchberry to the team, with their primary focus on expanding and better serving our carrier base. Under the expert guidance of Neil Whitelock, our global carrier expert based in London, we have successfully doubled the number of carriers we work with. This expansion enhances our capabilities and puts us in a stronger position to create even more value for every partner.

Celebrating Four Years of SIPPIO

June marked a significant milestone as we celebrated our fourth year in business. It’s amazing to see how far we’ve come – from launching when Microsoft Teams had only 8 million users to now, where it boasts over 270 million. 100 Days of Summer

This summer, we’re challenging our partners and carriers to ignite their growth by offering free-trial voice subscriptions with SIPPIO for Microsoft Teams Phone and Zoom Phone. By generating 100 seats in 100 days, partners can qualify for exclusive discounts for every trial that becomes an active subscription.
